I was having trouble sleeping

I was having trouble sleeping at night - kept waking up & restless. After taking Sleep Balance, I sleep like a baby. Not sure how it works but it does without making me drowsy after taking or tired in the morning. Have only had  few nights of tiny stirring but sleep soundly now most of the time again!
